St. John Secluded Villas are managed by
on-site manager, Terry Witham. Terry is the person you
will talk to to book your travel plans and, unless she
is visiting her parents in the States, she will be the
one to cater to your needs once you arrive.
Each luxury villa is equipped with plush
furnishings and ammenities to make your life easy during
your stay on St. John. Terry always
says, "All you need is your bathing suit."

Policies
Making Your Reservation
Let Terry know which villa and dates
that you want (via E-mail or
phone call).
Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
We only accept personal checks & money orders.
Make checks payable to Terry Witham and mail to the
following address:

Rental Cars
Let me know if you need assistance in securing a 4 wheel
drive for your vacation.
Confirmations
After I receive your deposit I will send you a confirmation
of your villa rental. The balance of the rental amount and
tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
All cancellations and any requests for
changes to your reservation (such as
date changes or changes in the number in your party)
must be made
IN WRITING, and emailed or mailed to
us promptly. Once we have received
your deposit, if you cancel/change your reservation 120
days or more prior
to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation
fee of 20% of the total
rental rate. If you cancel/change your
reservation 60-120 days prior to your
arrival date, you will be charged a
cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental rate.
If you cancel/change within 60 days of
your arrival date, you will be charged a
cancellation fee of 100% of the
total rental rate. However, if we are able to
re-rent
the property during your rental period,
your payment will be refundable, less a
20% administration
fee of the total rental rate.
We suggest you purchase trip insurance to
mitigate charges from any unforeseen cancellation.
